Conrad has joined the ad campaign titled Girls m.powerment, which is committed to preventing dating abuse and partner violence. Lauren stated that,

It is a privilege for me to be partnering with mark on the Girls m.powerment Campaign. Young women between the ages of 16 to 24 experience the highest rates of intimate partner violence. As a twenty-two year old, this statistic made me realize how important it is to let girls my age, know, that they can be empowered to prevent this from happening in their lives.

Squashing rumors of a feud, Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge filmed scenes for the new season of The Hills Wednesday at L.A.’s Kumo Restaurant. Lauren “Lo” Bosworth was also there. Patridge recently told Usmagazine.com that she and Conrad are “working” on their friendship.
